Ok here it goes. I have maestro set up exporting the windows drive:/directory/ as nfs.
I'm exporting a specific path which I'm able to mount on any other linux box expect the one in
question. All the privileges and/or rights appear to be correct. on the windows side.
I'm assuming this due to the fact I am able to connect with my other Linux box
