Reminds me of an old saying in systems engineering: you can create
interlocks for everything until you get to the point that everything
stops, i.e. the final interlock.

Perhaps this is something similar: combines everything from all the
other M$ "operating" systems(1) and you get something that doesn't
work at all.

quote around operating, since it is highly debateable that they
actually work properly.
