I have been with IStop for about three months now and have been very pleased with them.  (I must admit, all these glowing reviews of Istop worries me; if everyone signs up with them, my service might suffer!)  One very nice thing is that, if you host your own domain, they will provide secondary DNS for you, for free.  I have also found that I do get pretty close to their advertised bandwidth limits, although your mileage may vary.
