Tells the story of some U.S. Schools adopting Linux for in-school labs and 
networks.

With KDE and particularly Konquerer becoming so mature I think the stage is 
set for a major penguin incursion in this area.

The nice part about Linux (apart from the huge savings in licensing, the 
remote administration (by volunteers) the multi-user security, the superior 
technology, the renewed utility of cheap "outdated" hardware, etc.) is that 
it is not Microsoft.

O.K, I'm biased.

Seems to me that Ottawa could be a leader in this area.

Has anyone here got any stories to tell about this?
