Only 0.1.42? I've got 0.1.45. And looking at
http://www.abo.fi/~jmunsin/gcombust/ it appears 0.1.46 is the latest.

He said that he is trying to do audio before.

G.R. Are you sure that you have the latest stable (1.10) or unstable
cdrecord? If you launch gcombust from an xterm or whatever then the text
that appears in the xterm will tell you why. If you built cdrecord from
the .tar.gz then you have to edit a file to make it install to a place
that will be in your PATH.
