Part of the difficulty here is that, as far as I know, not all of the 
board members subscribe to the main list (including the digest), so it's 
unlikely that one will get a swift, coherent response to an issue raised.

It would be nice if the board could quickly settle on a mechanism for 
resolving this (and other) problems.  As usual, the discussion of the 
problem is more of a problem than the problem itself.

That's all *I'm* going to say about this, and I'll keep my opinion to 
myself until there's a way for it to be recognized.
