Well, I have my home DSL through Magma, and have had no problems. It's a
bit more expensive than Sympatico (I pay about $70/month including modem
rental, static IP, and taxes) but it's reliable, and I don't get hassled
about running Linux or running servers.
I've also heard reasonably good things about iStop.com's DSL service,
though I have no experience with it. They've recently upgraded their
backbone connection and are still working out the kinks, but they should
have that straightened out soon enough.
