And 0.9.3, I can confirm.

I've noticed that, too, in 0.9.3, as well as a tendency to render some 
frames way too large, such as the navigation frame at the top of OSDN 
sites.  That being said, it's the first Mozilla that I've been able to 
actually *use* for browsing.  And it seems to be quite fast.
