[oclug] Mozilla vs Netscape 6.1

It's most likely a specific check.

They only accept specific browsers, regardless of the capability of the ones
they don't accept.  So, it's probably limited to IE and Netscape >=4.5
(or something like that).

On the brighter side:  Royal Bank and mozilla play nicely together.
