Hi All

I found the original post interesting even though I don't use ADSL.
Perhaps a link would have been a better choice.

AFAIK one of the goals of this news group is to share information about linux
and things related to it. Another is to help people solve and avoid problems.

As such the post wasn't of topic at all unless there's some narrow
intreptation of the charter (which I haven't seen).

There are people who are easily annoyed. Thing along lines of "it doesn't
interest me so it's obviously off topic"
