Reason I find this interesting is that one of the charges centers on the non 
defencability of the GPL....in short its a potential non compliance with the 
GPL case. It will equally be interesting to see how this develops as there 
have been many pundits on both sides of the fence that have postulated on 
this issue. Personally and from a very selfish point of view I hope this one 
blows up (harmlessly of course and of course equally unrealistic) in order to 
settle this matter..not that it can be settled so cleanly. There are issues 
with the GLP and a well argued case can only help both sides. It is sad to 
see these two players go at it like this but the optimist in me says that 
this case does have the potential of a positive outcome for all.
