You may also wish to consider the difference between a logo (such as a
wordmark) and a mascot (such as a Tux variant).
Many Linux orgs have both, but they are not always (not even "usually") one
and the same thing. Having them as separate devices gives you more
flexibility for display, marketing, branding, design, etc.
