Thanks for the info Dean. I guess the issue is that this list remains 
unmoderated and dependant on the users to self requlate and add tags 
accordingly. This allows each subscriber to set filters as desired. The 
practise in the past has been the use of appropriate tags OT, off-topic, 
commercial, add etc, Issue here is there remains little consistancy in the 
tags, Perhaps if we could all agree and use standard tags, it may actually 
work,.
