Thats why we have the Ontario Motor Vehicle Act with btw governs the use, 
rights and obligations of bikes and riders. My only problem with bikers and 
car drivers is that they never read it, nor do the cops enforce it except on 
a spring blitz to get the bikers off the sidewalk. Its an interesting read.

Personally I advocate a return to licensing bikers as we used too and 
mandatory points deductions for all infractions on the basis of equality with 
motor vehicle drivers. That should settle things.
