What a pain in the ass.  Stuff like this rankles, not because we Linux
users are getting shafted--which we may be--but because of the ignorance
and laziness it shows, along the lines of Bill's response.  I had another
extended printshop adventure like this last Thursday.  And Friday.

Is this service promoted as a feature or advantage of being a
subscriber?   If so, I would throw my weight around if I were you--you're
not getting what you pay for.  Make it so painful for them that they will
never again dare be less than platform-neutral.
