Inetd is an internet listening daemon, so it is a security risk. But
since it does very little at all (just launches other programs), it is
pretty secure.

Having daemons launched from inetd is a little slower, but is a way to
save memory.

So there is basically no security difference between running an
application from within inetd and from without.
