Played with MuLinux more than a year ago and was impressed with it as it came
on two floppies and runs from RAM. The HD install is rather tricky and
specific to supported cards. I'm sure that you have checked all the pertinant
info on the MuLinux home page to determine if your card is indeed supported
by this wonderfull mini system.
Perhaps you would consider installing a more traditional flavour of linux
such as Mandrake, RedHat, SuSE or others. They all allow for installation on
486 based machines with a minimum of 16 megs requirement for new users. Less
if you are more experienced.
If not MuLinux has a very active mail list that will provide you with all
