So why then (using Debian), do I have to install LDAP if I only want to
send SMTP mail using exim or sendmail? Why do KDE apps "recommend" a full
KDE install, even though the required bits are only a support lib or
two? DEB and RPM both have a long way to go in terms of maintainers
learning dependancy discipline.
