My left and right win keys are 115 and 116 too. But only 115 seems to be
working/assigned properly. (BTW-You're right -- it should be .Xmodmap.) 

I would like to assign a function to the right winkey, which used to be
mapped at Meta_R when I was using X4.0.1 (now running 4.0.3). I would like
to bind this key the the "run" dialog box under GNOME. The "grab key"
function does not see anthing when I press it by itself. If I press the
right winkey and something else, it comes up as Mod-4-whateverkey. I know
that numlock is Mod2. What is Mod4 supposed to be?
