It's right. The server name embedded in your certificate is just your IP
address, not server1.supportwizard.com.

It has nothing to do with this, and everything to do with what's in the
certificate. Like it says, "The name on the certificate does not match the
name of the site." It's the name on the certificate that you need to fix.
