In principle, a connection to Rogers is a conventional Ethernet connection. 
The one wrinkle is that for DHCP to work, you must supply the computername 
(cr1111-11a where 1 is any digit) with the DHCP request. There is an online 
howto on the Corel site explaining the obscure config file change required in 
Corel 1.0 and 1.1. Perhaps it could help guide you in Mandrake.
