Bringing in someone from either of these two camps would not only be 
interesting but beneficial as their efforts Im sure are directed at userland 
in compliance with existing and pending requirements.

I would suggest that this should be addressed after a discourse from either 
of the two above as they would be closer to the source in terms of product 
issues. While I have a bias here, tentatively its in userland and in terms 
of ease of use products that will facilitate all the requirements once 
implemented.
