[oclug] Anybody on cable?

I'm in Hull and I have videotron. I get great downloads but they our upload
locked at 15k, and still pay the same price.

Rogers is worse than Videotron from taking to many people on both sides.

DSL might be your best bet, just stay away from Bell, it's awfull.
