In a short piece I wrote for Monitor a few month back I described that Bob 
Young was actively pursuing a discussion in the States on US Copyright Law 
based on an assessment of first principles as expressed by the original 
authors. Since then I have been monitoring this activity as it has relevance 
for us here in Canada. Below is an interesting collection of articles written
