Always in the same places on the same files?
I've seen MPEG streams do _very_ strange things to some decoders. I had a
copy of GhostBusters that near the end would repeat the same 200ms buffer
again and again and again...until the progress slider hit the right side,
at which time the slider stayed there and the noise just kept
repeating....(until you changed the song). Did that on WinAmp and XMMS.
Don't remember if it affected mpg123.

"Please get out of the car, sir."
"Oh, that won't be necessary. I'm the D.D."
"The designated driver?"
"No, the designated decoy."
