 Just a word of caution on USR products, I have never been able to get one to 
fax from linux despite the help of sever kind folks on the list. So dropped 
back to a $7.00 14.4 GVC modem that works like a charm for faxing (max 
transmission rate is 14.4 any ways) with efax or hylafax. USR models tested 
were 28.8 courier external and 33.6 vioce/fax/data courier models.

Then again faxing may not be an issue for you at all...
