Ok, so I'm about to finally get into programming with NO experience at all
(not even scripting).
I'm basically down to 2 books.
Learning Python: Mark Lutz, David Ascher
Learn to Program Using Python: A Tutorial for Hobbyists, Self-Starters, and
Those Who Want to Learn the Art of Programming : Alan Gauld
Both got good reviews on Amazon but I've seen some comments that the Alan
Gauld book does not have many excercises, which makes me lean towards the
O'reilly book.
Opinions?
