Well, it actually wasn't too bad[1]... a heck of a lot more understandable
that Dave O'Neill's! ;-)

For those folks looking at different languages, it certainly gave
a nice sample of different solutions!

[1] Caveat- I used to write a *lot* of C code maybe about 10 
years ago, so I'm used to reading it.
