Well, we could use that rare commodity called common sense.
First, this is an open source list. Everything discussed on the list
is open to the public. We have nothing to hide.
Secondly, on such a list, anyone who posts proprietary information
should have their head examined. They are probably violating
someone's copyright or "property" rights. Such things should always
be done off-list anyway.
Thirdly, discussions such as this are very helpful in informing
people about this sort of situation, especially those who don't read
that long winded legalize and give them yet another reason not to use
M$.
I think that's all we need to do. There is a lot we can do, but
should we?
