Well, another part of that agreement constrains the user of their
service to not do such unacceptable acts, which violates the
agreement.

But I find it a very interesting document. In other circumstances, I
would be doubled over with laughter. Someone should start a class
action suit against Microsoft -- no joke. Corporations can claim
restraint of trade, private citizens can claim violation of privacy.
