Umm... not to fan the coals any more than they are already, but in that
list I see only Apache and PHP as being web-based. Both MySQL and
Postgres are general purpose databases and perl and python are very
definitely general purpose languages. Yes, they can be used for web
stuff, but that is just one of the very many uses to which they can be put.
