Look at the URL really really really carefully.

Now go read the standards which describe legal URL's.  Go ahead.

Now look at the URL again.

What you are seeing is not at Microsoft's site at all, but at the machine
195.224.253.26, which resolves to inetc26.inetc.net.

This is an old trick.
