Funny, yes, but take a closer look at the URL.  You're actually going to
http://195.224.253.26/Q209355.asp

Similarly, I can do something like this:
http://www.LinuxRules-MicrosoftSux.com&item=2346@207.46.230.229

It's just putting a bogus username in the URL...to make it look like
valid web server domain name.
